The Celliara category guide
Infrared sauna blankets
Zip-up blankets that heat you with infrared panels for a sauna-style session at home. Celliara has reviewed three; heat control, fit, setup and purchase terms separate them, not a proven health result.
What actually separates these blankets
Use these to choose between any infrared sauna blankets, including ones we have not reviewed.
Heat control
LifePro RejuvaWrap and HigherDOSE V3 each have nine heat levels on a single zone; Heat Healer has three zones you set independently, levels 1–9. More zones give finer control, not a better outcome.
Stated temperature
LifePro states a 95–176°F range. Heat Healer's 176°F is an internal-element figure, so the two numbers are not equivalent. A higher figure is not a health advantage; the levels let you start low and build tolerance.
Fit and size
Heat Healer is a 75-inch blanket rated for users up to 6'6" and 300 lb. If you are tall or larger-framed, check each review's stated fit before you buy.
Timer, weight and care
RejuvaWrap has a 5–60 minute timer, weighs 14.7 lb and folds into its own bag. HigherDOSE V3 has a one-hour timer, a wired controller you can adjust mid-session and a waterproof shell that wipes clean. Heat Healer weighs 24 lb and comes with a carry bag and waterproof head pillow.
What the claims cover
Celliara found no published outcome evidence for Heat Healer's stone layer, and HigherDOSE's low-EMF and non-toxic descriptions are the brand's own statements. HigherDOSE includes an organic cotton towel insert; with Heat Healer, lay your own towel over the stones.
Warranty and value
LifePro's lifetime warranty applies to direct purchases registered within 14 days; Heat Healer gives three years plus a 50% trade-in offer; HigherDOSE gives one year. RejuvaWrap delivers the same kind of heat session for less, so the premium blankets buy zones and fit, or the cotton insert, not better results.

Sauna blanket questions, answered
What does an infrared sauna blanket do?
It heats you inside a zip-up blanket for a sauna-style session at home. Celliara reviews it as a heat-session product, and its current evidence record does not establish a detox, weight-loss, recovery or sleep outcome for these blankets.
Is a higher temperature or more heat zones better?
Not for any health result that Celliara's current evidence record establishes. Settings and zones change how hot, and how evenly, you can set the session. Start low and follow the maker's guidance.
How long does a session take?
It varies by blanket. LifePro RejuvaWrap: 10–15 minutes to warm up, then 20–30 minutes inside. HigherDOSE V3: 10–15 minutes to preheat, then 30–50 minutes. Heat Healer: a 20-minute preheat, then sessions of up to 60 minutes. Allow time afterwards for the blanket to cool before cleaning.
Can anyone use a sauna blanket?
No. Each maker sets its own safety restrictions and health warnings, and Celliara's reviews may not include all of them; some note that the maker's warnings are not covered. Before you buy or use a blanket, read the exact model's manufacturer instructions and safety warnings, and contact the manufacturer if anything is unclear.
